Harbor Commerce, our own payment rail

Payments

Harbor Commerce is the revenue layer under everything we run. Built on Stripe, it gives every product and client the same subscriptions, connected-account payouts, invoicing, dispute handling and reporting, without each one reinventing billing.

What we do

Subscriptions and dues

Monthly plans, anchored billing dates, proration, dunning and retries. Gym dues on the 1st, SaaS plans on signup.

Connected payouts

Each merchant keeps its own Stripe account and gets paid directly. The platform fee is the only thing that touches us.

Disputes and fraud

Chargebacks land in the merchant dashboard with the evidence deadline, and the owner gets a text within seconds.

Payment links and invoices

Send a link by text or email, take a card at the counter, or invoice with terms. Same ledger either way.

Reporting

Revenue, failures, refunds and payouts in one place, per merchant and across the whole network.

Developer API

A clean API and webhooks so any system we build, or you build, can bill through Harbor.

How we do it

One rail, many businesses

Battle Zone, WatchDealerPro and Aftershock itself all bill through Harbor. New products inherit it on day one.

Merchants own their money

Stripe Connect means the funds are theirs, in their account, on their schedule. We never hold client money.

Watched from outside

Harbor is monitored by Anubis from a separate server, so a payment outage pages us before a customer notices.

Boring on purpose

Go, Postgres, Stripe. No clever infrastructure between a card swipe and the ledger.
