Hardware
BayFront Systems is where software meets the building. Door scanners, check-in kiosks, on-site PCs, networks and embedded electronics, installed and then managed remotely so they keep working. It is also the hardware arm behind Éire Motor Company's electronics.
What we do
Door and access hardware
Scanners, readers and the PC behind the door, wired into the membership system and watched from our servers.
Kiosks and tablets
Locked-down check-in and sign-up kiosks that work on the cheap tablet you already have.
On-site networks
Wiring, wireless, firewalls and the remote link back to us, so we can fix things without a truck roll.
Remote management
Tunnels, watchdogs and scheduled checks. If the scanner app dies at 6 AM it is restarted before the first member arrives.
Embedded and vehicle electronics
Controllers, displays and instrumentation, including the cockpit systems for Éire Motor Company.
Procurement
We spec and source the gear so you are not guessing at a catalog.
How we do it
Managed, not installed
Hardware we put in stays connected to us. Installation is the start of the job, not the end.
Cheap where it can be
A five-year-old tablet makes a fine kiosk. We spend on the parts that matter and lock down the rest.
Software first
Every device exists to feed a system. We design the two together so the hardware never becomes an island.

The electronics work for Éire pushes what we know into vehicle-grade reliability, and that comes back to client work.
