Services

Aftershock Network and its subsidiaries — including TideMark Studios, BayFront Systems, Anubis Security, ShockSign, CornerMan, Zavaro, and TideMark Outreach — provide technology services including but not limited to software development, hardware infrastructure, cybersecurity, and related consulting and managed services. The specific terms, deliverables, and scope of any engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement or statement of work.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on or associated with Aftershock Network and its subsidiaries are the property of Aftershock Network unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, infrastructure, or other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services or the servers and networks connected to them

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
