All Sales Are Final

All purchases of services, subscriptions, and products from Aftershock Network and its subsidiaries are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any reason unless otherwise required by applicable law.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our technology services and digital products, all sales are considered final upon purchase or activation. This includes but is not limited to software subscriptions, managed services, consulting engagements, hardware procurement, and any other services provided by Aftershock Network or its subsidiaries. We encourage all customers to carefully review service descriptions and terms before making a purchase.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the service will continue through the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining days in a billing cycle. After the billing period ends, your subscription will not renew and access will be terminated.

Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge or incorrect amount), please contact our support team within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate the issue and, if a billing error is confirmed, issue an appropriate correction or credit. Billing disputes must be raised directly with us before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution.

Service Issues

If you experience significant issues with a service that prevent you from using it as intended, please contact our support team. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In exceptional circumstances, we may offer a service credit at our sole discretion. Service credits, if granted, can only be applied toward future purchases and have no cash value.
